These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bso89 ("bso89," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bso89 online gaming platform accessible at bso89.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party;

bso89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money games on bso89, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, a date of birth, and a chosen password.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) bso89 account at any given time. Opening or operating more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially after a prior account closure — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. bso89 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bso89 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bso89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso 20 (₱20). Maximum deposit limits are subject to your verified account tier and any applicable PAGCOR-mandated limits.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. bso89 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposits made to your bso89 account are intended solely for the purpose of participating in the games and services offered on the Platform. bso89 accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest. You should not treat your bso89 wallet as a savings or investment vehicle.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed the required KYC verification process;
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold;
• There are no pending investigations, chargebacks, or compliance holds on your account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied;

bso89 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times during Philippine public holidays may be extended.

bso89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed normal activity thresholds, are made from a new device or IP address, or otherwise present indicators of suspicious activity. bso89 offers various promotional incentives to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the applicable promotion page, which shall take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all bso89 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to the real-money wallet;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses claimed in violation of any promotion terms may be voided by bso89 without notice;

By using the bso89 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bso89;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software component of the bso89 Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information to bso89 or its support team;
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bso89 staff through any communication channel on the Platform.

bso89 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold all balances pending investigation, and to report the matter to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

All content on the bso89 Platform — including but not limited to the bso89 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of bso89 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bso89 Platform without prior written consent from bso89.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bso89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, loss of data, unauthorized account access, or any interruption of service.

bso89 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance windows, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

In all circumstances, bso89's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to bso89 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bso89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bso89 accounts through the Account Security settings;

• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment processor;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the account;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Identification of the account holder as a minor or otherwise ineligible person.

Where an account is closed by bso89 for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required investigation.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bso89 customer support. Pending withdrawal requests and open bets will be settled prior to account closure.

bso89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bso89 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice posted on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bso89 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bso89 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bso89's internal complaint resolution process by contacting customer support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory arbitration, which is available to all players on PAGCOR-licensed platforms.

Where PAGCOR arbitration does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree that disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
